About Erkota

Coffee Connected to Land & Culture

A single-origin coffee rooted in Ethiopia’s Sheka Forest, shaped by biodiversity, tradition, and nature.

Our Story

A Place to Rest

The name “Erkota” comes from the indigenous Sheko language, meaning “a place to rest.”

It reflects the slow and natural rhythm in which our coffee grows— under forest shade, surrounded by rich biodiversity and nourished by natural water sources.

As a family-owned farm, we are committed to preserving the ecosystem while producing export-ready specialty coffee with full traceability.
